Papers for Review

We invite you to submit a paper (not exceeding 10 pages and according to Springer's guidelines) for the purpose of reviewing by March 21, 2014 EXTENDED by April 10, 2014. All papers are to be submitted in .pdf version by special submission system.

Submission implies the willingness of at least on of the authors to register and present the paper. All papers will be peer reviewed by two independent referees of the International Program Committee of ICSEng 2014. Accepted authors will be invited to submit a final paper. Notification of acceptance will start on May 1, 2014 - from this date the Registration will be available.

Authors of accepted papers will be contacted by the conference organizers on or May 1, 2014. Please note the following information:

• Each accepted paper should be registered on before May 21, 2014 by paying the registration fee and submitting a registration form. If you have additional paper or extra pages, you have to pay the required additional fees for your registration to be valid. Student registration will be accepted only if the paper was entered as a student paper, only students are authors of the paper, AND the registration form is accompanied by a suitable proof of student status (for each author if more than one). After May 21, 2014 any unregistered paper will be pulled out from the printed proceedings,
• Registration is complete when the payment is received and credited to ICSEng; payment can be made either by credit card, check (drawn on a US bank to "ICSEng") or international money order; all relevant information are be available in the web page (www.icseng.com, section "Registration"),
• As an author (or authors) of accepted paper, it is the author's responsibility to upload the final version of the paper at the http://www.icseng.com/submission/author/upload.php?t=final by May 27, 2014,
• The final version of the paper is limited to 10 proceeding pages in Springer format. Formatting instructions and templates can be found in ICSEng website,
• The final version of the paper MUST be accompanied with signed Consent to Publish (it is enough that one, contact author will sign the consent). Please follow the steps below to prepare ZIP file for final submission:
  • Please prepare the final manuscript with text and figures with both the source files (Word or LaTeX) and .PDF (the paper MUST be prepared according to Springer's guideline),
  • Please download, fill, and sign the Consent to Publish. It can be downloaded from http://www.icseng.com/files/ICSEng_Consent_to_Publish.pdf,
  • Please scan signed consent to pdf file,
  • Please zip all relevant files including the paper source files, pdf, and signed consent to publish files. Only ZIP format will be accepted,
  • Please upload the prepared ZIP file as Final Paper to: http://www.icseng.com/submission/author/upload.php?t=final.
• If your paper exceeded 10 pages, you have to pay extra page fee for every additional page,
• Cancellation Policy: Cancellation of registration will be accepted only until May 21, 2014. The registration fee will be refunded after deducting an administrative fee of $50. The registration fee will not be refunded if cancellation is made after May 21, 2014,
• All relevant deadlines will be posted on the web page.
